Bodacious Woman Weekend

Philo, OH

Friday, May 4, 2018 through Sunday, May 6, 2018
6:00 pm May 4th - 2:00 pm May 6th

The Bodacious Woman Weekend at Blue Rock Station begins the evening of May 4th and runs through early afternoon on May 6th. The event is designed for women of all ages who feel a need to connect with other like-minded women or to be healthier or learn to simplify life. The workshops and activities are designed to strengthen self-confidence, as well as the knowledge that each person holds within their own hands the key to living more simply, and more richly with health and contentment. The women leading the weekend represent a wide range of experiences and backgrounds. Each activity is designed to inspire knowledge and to teach new solutions to old challenges. Delicious healthy food, nightly bonfire, and fun plus a focus on everyday women challenges. A variety of housing is available.

Blue Rock Station is a private farm. On special occasions the cabins and other buildings are available so that others can enjoy the beauty and serenity of living a simpler life. The Bodacious Woman Weekend is a long-time dream of Annie Warmke. Annie's favorite chef, Pam Nalbach will be there from Philadelphia PA. Leaders for the weekend include Samantha Werner of Werner Wellness (Columbus OH), Laurel Hobden of Laurel's Therapeutic Oils (Columbus OH), and Annie Warmke, of Blue Rock Station. Blue Rock Station is located in the eastern foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in southeastern Ohio and is the home of the first earthship east of the Mississippi, a home constructed of tires, cans and bottles.
