Help build a greens dryer and bubbler for washing and drying cutting greens on farm; explore washpack design and create a draft of YOUR wash station.

Presenters/Project Leaders:
Daniel Moffat: Owner/farmer at Presque Isle Farm will lead the design & build of the greens dryer using a washing machine.

Scott Townley: will lead the greens bubbler design and build & discussion about wash station design.

Cost: Sliding scale $55-100 (details on website)

NOTE: You Must Bring Your Own Lunch - Occasionally, you can buy lunch locally. In an effort to reduce costs, lunches are no longer provided.
